Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Expert EA/CPA REMOTE (Seasonal).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via video, phone, and chat for tax return inquiries
• Create excellent customer experiences using tax preparation expertise
• Document all customer interactions and resolve issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or attorney license with an active PTIN
• 2+ years of experience preparing and filing individual (1040) tax returns
• Strong technical skills in professional tax software and Microsoft 365
• Dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection
• Access to a personal computer for administrative tasks
