Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Insurance Verifications Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist Medicare or Value-based Care customers
• Educate customers on Value-based Care physician networks and schedule appointments as needed
• Document correspondence, process requests, and update account history accurately

Required Qualifications:

• Must possess a smartphone for authentication when accessing company tools
• Willingness to complete assessments, including a typing test with a minimum requirement of 25 wpm
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Must have a stable and compatible internet connection (no mobile Wi-Fi or hotspots)
