Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding therapeutic areas
• Establish relationships and maintain rapport with patients and healthcare providers in a telephonic setting
• Coordinate resources to secure financial options for patients with financial needs

Required Qualifications

• AD or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with a valid nursing license in one or more states
• Four or more years of nursing experience; prior telephonic experience is a plus
• Two or more years of nephrology experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and reimbursement experience is a plus
• Experience and comfort with a digital CRM required
