Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join their Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to educate customers on the platform
• Build customer trust and relationships through education and technical leadership
• Provide technical support and issue resolution, escalating issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Hands-on experience with operating systems (macOS, Windows, or Linux) and scripting languages
• Experience with configuration management tools
• Ability to convey value-based propositions to various technical audiences
• Self-starter with ownership of challenges and a willingness to expand skill set
