Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support Coordinator to assist in the loan manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Order and process third-party documents and verifications needed for loan approval
• Update loan origination software and communicate progress to the processing team
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with service level standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience in data validation and processing third-party documents
• Familiarity with loan origination software, preferably Encompass
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of meeting service level and turn-time standards
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
