Key Responsibilities

• Generate new loan opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners and clients
• Prepare loan proposals and coordinate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in SBA lending
• Proven ability to originate loans and grow client relationships
• Strong understanding of SBA 7(a) loan programs and federal compliance regulations
• Self-motivated and organized
