Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategy and territory planning
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize the customer journey and maximize lifetime value
• Lead and mentor a team of sales operations managers and analysts while establishing KPIs and performance benchmarks

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Deep expertise in B2B SaaS operations, preferably with consumption-based pricing model experience
• Strong executive presence with the ability to present insights to C-suite
