Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Analyst, remote position available in EST or CST.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Sales & Operations Plan focusing on fulfillment and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage logistics, inventory, and shipment processes
• Communicate order fulfillment status and coordinate with regional operations to meet shipping requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of operations management experience, or HS diploma with 5 years of operations management experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
• Legally authorized to work in the US without restriction
• Located in the USA or Canada and able to work remotely
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
