Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of RevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and retain a diverse team of RevOps professionals while fostering an inclusive culture
• Architect the revenue growth engine by designing capacity models and aligning strategies with company objectives
• Act as Chief of Staff to the CRO, managing forecasts and influencing senior peers with data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in GTM leadership
• 8+ years of experience in RevOps for high-growth B2B SaaS companies
• Proven success in operationalizing complex sales motions and improving forecast accuracy
• Deep expertise with modern revenue stacks and a data science mindset
• MBA or equivalent strategic/financial acumen strongly preferred
