Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their high-growth sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads
• Follow up on inbound leads and schedule discovery calls and product demos for Sales Directors and Account Executives
• Research and identify key decision-makers at law firms and tailor outreach accordingly

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales, SDR, or lead generation role; SaaS or legal tech experience is a plus
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with comfort in outbound activity and KPIs
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, and other digital outreach tools
• Exposure to legal, insurance, or claims tech environments is beneficial
• Adaptable and proactive, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments
