Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Build operational strategies that support customer lifecycle stages from pipeline generation to renewal
• Own revenue analytics, performance dashboards, and tech stack for data-driven decisions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue operations or sales operations in a high-growth environment
• Strong expertise in process optimization and operational ownership
• Deep knowledge of system and dashboard development for sales analytics
• Advanced knowledge of sales analytics and reporting frameworks, especially with Salesforce
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
