Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Business Development and Agile Working.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical and supply chain readiness for new product launches and drive manufacturing cost improvement programs
• Manage key external manufacturing partners and ensure compliance with standards while leading new product development initiatives
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by implementing agile methodologies and ensuring timely project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a benefit
• 7+ years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement, preferably in food or CPG industries
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Deep expertise in continuous improvement practices suitable for both entrepreneurial and corporate settings
• Experience managing change and delivering results in dynamic, matrixed environments
