Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Operations Specialist to support fraud, disputes, and onboarding operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review potentially fraudulent transaction activity, customer applications, and identity theft claims
• Manage and resolve customer dispute claims throughout the lifecycle of the claim
• Monitor daily applications and existing account portfolio cases for fraud detection and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• 2+ years of experience in fraud investigations related to transaction monitoring and disputes
• Ability to work independently and resolve cases under service level agreements
• Strong analytical skills to track and meet metrics and KPIs
