Senior Workforce Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to analyze, model, and report on workflow queue movements in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model, analyze, and develop reports for Operations departments, including forecasting and trend analyses
  • Lead assessments of planning and workflow improvements, budgeting, and operational strategic initiatives
  • Partner with department leaders to develop budget staffing requirements and provide coaching to support team development
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent education and experience; HS diploma or GED required
  • 5 years of experience in data or statistical analysis in a production, call center, or pharmacy environment
  • Experience with workforce planning software (IEX, VERINT, NICE)
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Ability to develop presentations for senior management and lead department activities
