Job Summary

A company is looking for an Energy Efficiency Program Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of client programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
• Manage a ~$20M portfolio of Energy Efficiency programs and monitor performance metrics
• Lead, develop, and grow a team of 50+ through effective coaching and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Over 8 years of progressive people management experience
• Bachelor's degree required; post-graduate education is a plus
• Utility or Energy Efficiency Program experience preferred
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Demonstrated ability to identify and seize revenue opportunities
