Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of stores and coach General Managers to enhance customer and employee experiences
• Attract, hire, develop, and retain talent to achieve business goals
• Identify product performance trends and create merchandising plans to drive sales

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• 3+ years of multi-unit, high volume, complex business leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to travel overnight and between stores as needed
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs
