Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle IDR Analyst responsible for managing Out of Network inventory and maximizing reimbursement through IDR disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit Open Negotiation letters and IDR Disputes for federal and state processes
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and improve billing and reimbursement processes
• Manage relationships with Out of Network payers and present findings to clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle analytics or accounts receivable claims management
• Experience in reviewing insurance cards, EOBs, and claims data
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle systems and applications
