Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Accounts Receivable Specialist (Offshore - Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on unpaid or denied claims, collaborating with payers for timely reimbursement
• Review and resolve denials and rejections, documenting reasons and actions taken
• Verify insurance eligibility and authorization requirements, escalating issues as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university
• Current experience in an Accounts Receivable role within a Revenue Cycle Management company
• In-depth understanding of medical billing rules, insurance guidelines, and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional fluency in spoken English
• Must be currently employed in a relevant position
