Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Senior Accountant for their Client Services Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books for multiple clients on an accrual basis and oversee the monthly close process and financial reporting
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including cash management and payroll processing
• Prepare tax forms, support management with audits, and lead client meetings while ensuring high-quality customer service

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience and 2+ years using QuickBooks and/or NetSuite
• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory tax requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and a strong desire to learn new technologies
• Preferred AIPB certification or a 2-year associate's degree in an accounting-related field
• Experience with third-party applications such as Bill.com, Tallie, and Jirav is preferred
