Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Sales Associate who will create exceptional customer service experiences while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain and demonstrate product capabilities while offering suggestions based on customer needs
• Meet or exceed targets related to customer experience, sales, and retention
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing and cash handling

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively sell products using a consultative approach
• Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning about products and services
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
