Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director for Large Market Retirement Recordkeeping Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a segmentation strategy to identify and develop relationships with mid-market advisors and consultants
• Maintain and increase the close/win ratio for RFPs and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver RFPs and develop long-term territory strategies

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required
• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in retirement platform sales through intermediaries
• Comprehensive knowledge of 401(k) service components and industry trends
• Polished and research-driven salesperson with a consultative selling style
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 & 63 license required
