Key Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate relationships with local realtors and builders
• Originate mortgage loans across all 50 states
• Utilize marketing support and technology to enhance business growth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of mortgage lending or retail mortgage banking experience
• Track record of three or more new purchase loans per month
• Well-developed referral base, including realtors and past clients
• College degree or equivalent work or military experience
• Knowledge of local real estate market and relevant guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC)
