• Manage communication and coordination with workforce and career service partners
• Provide one-on-one application guidance and develop outreach strategies for Career-Relevant Opportunities (CROs)
• Track engagement and participation data to improve programming outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in workforce development and partnership management
• Demonstrated ability in data analysis and project management
• Proficiency in data entry and reporting, preferably with Salesforce
• Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge of current resources in related fields
• Ability to adapt and tackle challenges with a solutions-oriented approach
