Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a scalable customer success playbook and framework for the DACH region

  • Monitor customer usage to identify improvement areas and drive account expansion and renewals
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success within a fast-paced SaaS organization
  • Experience with technical products, particularly in conversational AI
  • Commercial experience managing renewals and expansions with a focus on NRR
  • Strong builder mindset with a focus on customer excellence and scalable solutions
  • Fluency in German and English
