Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCO Appeals Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and appeal denied medical claims, identifying trends in insurance denials
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prepare and support appeals
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor regarding the appeals process

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare revenue cycle role
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of State/Federal/ERISA and self-funded insurance laws
• Experience in healthcare insurance billing, follow-up, denials, and appeals is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
