Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Prepare and file probate documents, such as petitions and asset inventories
• Provide support in elder law matters and maintain case files using cloud-based legal software

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of recent paralegal experience in estate planning and/or probate law
• Elder law experience is preferred
• Familiarity with case management and legal drafting software
• Ability to work 20-40 hours per week on an ongoing basis
