A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to support a government agency with special education claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, including settlement agreements and memoranda
• Manage the intake, review, and assignment of incoming complaints
• File Motions of Appearance and coordinate scheduling for status conferences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and paralegal experience required
• Ability to commit to the full project duration of 12 months
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Technical aptitude to navigate multiple software programs and perform basic troubleshooting
