Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Keep claim business partners updated on case status through regular communications and strategy conferences
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize legal strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Georgia
• Experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defense
• Understanding of legal procedures and regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal teams and business clients
