Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Paralegal to support its legal department in managing various commercial legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
• Support corporate governance activities and maintain accurate legal entity records
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a legal or corporate environment focused on commercial contracts and governance
• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification preferred
• Strong understanding of confidentiality agreements and data protection regulations
• Experience in a technology-focused company is beneficial
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with contract lifecycle management systems is beneficial
