Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations and Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and manage contracts, creating scalable templates and review processes
• Design and implement operational plans for the Legal & Compliance function, including project roadmaps and data reporting systems
• Support AI and data privacy programs by tracking obligations and ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of relevant experience, or a minimum of ten (10) years of direct experience without a degree
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in legal operations, contract drafting, management, or corporate legal roles
• Five (5) or more years of experience with tools like Salesforce, DocuSign, and CLM or workflow automation platforms
