• Support the team and families by reviewing assessments and plans for Medicaid Waiver recipients
• Oversee supervision requests and justifications related to care plans
• Utilize electronic devices and tools to complete daily tasks remotely

Required Qualifications

• Documented combination of relevant work experience and skills
• Person-Centered Thinking/Planning training is a plus
• Knowledge of Virginia Medicaid Waivers is advantageous
• Must maintain a steady and reliable internet connection
• Submit to a criminal background check and provide two references
