Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Medicare Inbound Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to assist customers with healthcare and Medicare plan information, primarily focusing on re-enrollment
• Make outbound calls to individuals expressing interest in Medicare plans
• Maintain compliance with health insurance licensing requirements and provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• Active health insurance license in the state of residence
• Must reside in the state where licensed
