Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Call Center Nurse - CA Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telephonic patient assessments, evaluations, and provide advice while adhering to production standards
• Follow established clinical protocols and direct patients to appropriate levels of care based on assessments
• Document telephonic interactions and maintain accurate medical records in the Telehealth Record system

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification (AHA)
• Emergency Severity Index (ESI) Certification within 30 days of hire
