Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to assist in the execution of pharmaceutical care under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of pharmacy services and maintain appropriate records
• Utilize pharmacy technology to prepare medication orders and perform calculations
• Communicate with caregivers and participate in quality and patient safety initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current pharmacy technician certification and/or license applicable to state of practice
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy practices
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
• Regular attendance during scheduled shifts is required
