Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Customer Care Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers, researching and resolving inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss
• Listen to customer concerns with empathy and proactively address their issues to enhance their experience
• Participate in special projects and adjust priorities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in multi-tasking using technology
• Willingness to attend all required training for optimal learning and qualification for the role
