Job Summary

A company is looking for a Caregiver Experience Specialist, fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements programs to enhance caregiver experiences
• Consults with stakeholders to guide caregiver experience initiatives and strategies
• Leads vendor management for tools and technologies related to caregiver experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
• Four years of experience in program or project management and vendor management
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed
• Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in change management is preferred
