Consumer Reimbursement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Reimbursement Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Process claims, contributions, and eligibility for Flex, HRA, and HSA accounts
• Manage client relationships and respond to inquiries regarding plan documents and reimbursements
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and streamline procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Strong understanding of Consumer Directed Healthcare products or medical/health insurance preferred
• Minimum of two years' clerical and customer service experience
• Proficient mathematical, 10-key, and typing skills
• Working knowledge of computers and software, including Microsoft Office products
