Job Summary

A company is looking for Remote Licensed Health Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Medicare inquiries and help them select appropriate products and services
• Provide excellent customer service primarily through inbound calls
• Make outbound calls for follow-up as needed and identify additional customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Current Health Insurance License in the state of residence

• Minimum six (6) months of sales experience
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines for patient privacy
• High school diploma or equivalent
