Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asylum Services Referral Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor spoke capacity and submit referrals for eligible clients based on various criteria
• Track submitted referrals to ensure timely follow-ups and manage urgent cases
• Participate in program meetings and maintain accurate reporting on client interactions

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher
• Prior experience working with migrant populations, including Asylum Seekers and Refugees
• Lived experience as a refugee or immigrant is preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is preferred
• Advanced technological proficiency and ability to manage time effectively
