Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pharmacy PA/Appeals Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer prior authorization inquiry calls and resolve formulary and benefit issues
• Process prior authorizations accurately through multiple computer systems
• Handle inbound phone requests and gather member data for pharmacist consultations

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted licensure/certification as a Pharmacy Technician
• 6+ months of experience in customer service with healthcare professionals
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Currently residing in Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, or Tennessee
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
