Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Association Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant to the Board and provide administrative and managerial advice
• Oversee vendor management, including contract negotiations and payment approvals
• Develop and submit annual budgets while ensuring compliance with community documents and standards

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes related to community management
• Experience in financial management, including budget development and variance reporting
• Ability to conduct Board meetings and training workshops
• Familiarity with vendor management processes
• Local to the Dallas area for remote work requirements
