Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Metalworking Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide fabrication and production operation expertise to grow metalworking product and service revenue
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Metalworking strategy using market insights and customer feedback
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design product offerings and maintain strategic supplier partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) experience
• Knowledge of the metalworking industry
• Experience managing profit & loss statements for a business segment
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels
