Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities for the facility
  • Manage work orders and ensure timely service delivery while interfacing with vendors
  • Oversee the integrity of the CMMS (Corrigo) and support the account team in system use
Required Qualifications
  • 3-4+ years of experience in facilities management and managing Corrigo CMMS
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
