Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coordinator to assist Medicaid members in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and provide assistance to Medicaid members regarding benefits and services
• Coordinate transportation and other services for members
• Work various shifts within the hours of operation from 8am to 6:30pm CST

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare call center experience, preferably in MCO or third-party settings
• Ability to work any shift between 8am and 6:30pm
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and call center software
• No PTO allowed from August to November
