Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a SaaS role involving technical expertise and customer interaction
• Ability to learn technical subjects quickly and apply them to customer cases
• Experience communicating with technical contacts and translating needs into business impact
• Based in a timezone from UTC -5:00 to UTC -8:00
• Fluency in French, Russian, and/or Spanish is a plus
