Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, document, and improve core recruiting workflows to ensure standardization and scalability
  • Support the operation and optimization of recruiting tools, implementing improvements and managing configurations
  • Partner with Legal and People Ops to maintain compliant hiring workflows and manage internal mobility operations
Qualifications:
  • Experience in operations, human resources, or recruiting support roles
  • Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and data management tools, with Ashby experience preferred
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data auditing and reporting
  • Experience managing knowledge bases or similar documentation systems is a plus
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced, global work environment
