Return to Work Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Return to Work Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews injury/medical reports and formulates a plan for expedited Return to Work
• Determines type of injury and work status, managing individual cases and transferring to RN Case Manager when appropriate
• Maintains accurate records and fosters cooperative relationships with team members, client companies, and providers

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Medical experience preferred but not required
• Minimum of one year's experience or education in a medical setting/field
• Thorough understanding of medical terminology and workers' compensation regulations
• Proficient in data entry and general office equipment usage
