A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage full life cycle recruiting engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring teams to identify and engage top talent
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and negotiate offers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • Two or more years of experience in full life cycle recruiting in a professional services environment
  • Experience with CPA or advisory services recruiting is a plus
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Jobvite
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
