Key Responsibilities

• Engage with borrowers via phone and email to guide them through repayment options
• Educate borrowers on their responsibilities and the consequences of default
• Maintain accurate records of all borrower interactions and stay informed on regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of experience in an office, clerical, or customer service setting
• Experience in a call center or financial services is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
