Key Responsibilities

• Research and document medical claim information and third-party details for recovery of funds
• Contact and negotiate with attorneys, insurance adjusters, and clients regarding account information
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state laws in the recovery process

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of experience in health insurance, medical claims, or customer service
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate various websites
• Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules preferred
